Making a Big Decision

Last year , Mark had to make a very important . He worked in a small town but was offered a new job in the capital city . At first , he couldn ? t make up his . Should he choose a new life in a busy city or stay close to his family ?

He made a list of advantages and . The were clear ? a higher salary , new experiences , and more career opportunities . But the disadvantages were also serious ? higher rent , long working , and being far from home .

Mark tried to on what really mattered to him . He also had a of failing in a new environment . He thought about the possible of each choice . Finally , he decided to the new job .

His friends gave different about his decision ? some said he was brave , others thought he was taking a risk . But Mark listened to his gut and went for it . His boss him to work remotely for the first month to make the move easier .

Now , one year later , Mark is happy he trusted himself . The decision was not easy , but it changed his life for the .
