Na gloriosa Semana do Atendimento ao Cliente , @s do telefone vestem a da paciência e enfrentam batalhas épicas contra os temidos exigentes . O telefone toca sem parar , como se tivesse vida própria , e cada chamada traz um novo desafio : desde pedidos que são " " ( como sempre ) , até dúvidas sobre produtos que nem sabíamos que existiam .
Entre um " " e um " obrigado pela chamada " , lá vamos nós , a registar com nomes impronunciáveis e códigos que parecem saídos de um filme de ficção científica . E claro , tudo tem de ser para ontem .
Mas nada nos abala ! Com um na voz e dedos rápidos no teclado , seguimos firmes , porque sabemos que no fim do dia , somos os verdadeiros mestres da paciência , os guardiões do bom atendimento , e os campeões da Customer Service Week !
