At the start of the term , Tom gets a new school , and his teacher tells everyone to keep it neat and . Tom promises to use it ? but of course , things don ? t go as planned ! Instead of writing homework neatly , Tom fills the pages with , jokes , and funny drawings . He even writes notes and silly that make his friends laugh .

When Mr . Fullerman checks the planners , Tom ? s one is full of pictures instead of proper notes . Although he gets in , Tom can ? t help thinking his doodles make the planner look much better .

This shows Tom ? s creative but personality . He always finds a fun way to make boring school more interesting , even if it gets him into trouble .
