Pastel de limón
1 . - En un boul ( recipiente grande ) pones las dos barras de mantequilla sin sal ( tienen que estar a temperatura ambiente ) .
5 . - A las 3 tazas harina le agregas la cucharada y media de polvo para hornear y mezclamos bien .
6 . - Le agregamos la leche cuando tenga una textura como cortada .
7 . - Precalentar el horno a 200°C para que el pastel no se queme y no quede crudo por dentro .
8 . - Bates bien hasta que quede la masa .
9 . - Poner antiaderente o papel encerado al molde para que el pastel no se vaya a pegar .
10 . - Después le agregamos la ralladura de dos limones .
11 . - Para ponerlo a hornear tenemos que bajarle la temperatura al horno a 180°C .
12 . - Después agregamos la mezcla al molde .
13 . - Dejarlo hornear 1 hora .

2 . - A la mantequilla le agregas la y media de azúcar , una pizca de sal y las tres tazas de con polvo para .

3 . - Le pones el vinagre a la , mezclas bien y dejas .

. - Agregamos los huevos ( a temperatura ambiente ) , esto es para que no se corte el batido .
