Le de réception doit s ? effectuer dès ? ouverture des portes du camion de livraison . ?

La première étape consiste à vérifier que les conditions de transport sont adaptées ( températures , , séparation des produits , etc . ) .

Ensuite , il faut s ? assurer que la livraison correspond bien au bon de commande : désignation , références , quantités , PCB ( ) , etc .

Le contrôle visuel ? permet de repérer immédiatement les : emballages déchirés , produits endommagés , présence de givre sur les ? Ce premier tri est essentiel .

On procède ensuite à un relevé de température ? pour vérifier que la du froid a bien été pour les produits frais , surgelés ou à température ambiante . ?
Ce relevé doit être réalisé avec un à sonde .

Enfin , il est indispensable de contrôler l ? étiquetage des produits , qui doit comporter :
