الغش في البيع مخلّ بالأمانة وهو محظور.

الإحتكار للسلع الأساسية لمنع التلاعب به محرم.

النّجش يزيد الثقة بين البائع والمشتري.

يجوز النّجش إذا كان المشتري مطلعاً على العيوب.

الغرر في العقود محظور وهو سبب بطلان العقد إذا كان شديداً.
