Let's get started! Read the passages, then answer the question. Pick the "start" lilypad to begin.

"Freddy loves his clean pond. One morning, he saw green slime on the water." What did Freddy notice?

"As he was looking around, Freddy found trash by the cattails." What kind of pollution is the trash?

"'Where did the trash come from?!' Freddy said. He remembered seeing people having a picnic. Their wrappers are in the pond." Who caused the mess?

"Later, Freddy told his friend Bella the Butterfly about the trash. She said, 'The pond is toxic now!'” What does toxic mean?

"Mr. Shell the Turtle agreed with Bella. 'Frogs have thin skin. Dirty water hurts them,' he said." Why is pollution bad for frogs?
