Las empresas suelen tener para que los empleados puedan comunicarse entre ellos y con el exterior .
Las telefónicas son líneas internas que dependen de una centralita y que se asignan a cada departamento de la empresa . Suelen estar formadas por 3 dígitos .
Al marcar la los empleados se comunican directamente con el departamento con el que quieren hablar .
Las personas externas a la empresa pueden con un determinado departamento si conocen la extensión .
Las llamadas a una centralita son las que recibe del exterior .
Las llamadas son las que hace alguien desde dentro de la empresa hacia fuera de la empresa
La llamada en se utiliza cuando el número al que llamamos está ocupado .
Para una llamada , marcamos el número de destino al que se quiere transferir , esperamos a que nos contesten y transferimos .
Las centralitas nos permiten realizar una mientras se mantiene abierta la comunicación con otro número
