لو في تغيير في الجهاز، الخامة أو طريقة الشغل، لازم يتفتح Change Control الأول ومش بغيّر حاجة من نفسي

مابعملش أي مهمة إلا لو أنا متدرّب عليها ومؤهل رسميًا

لو شايف احتمال يحصل خطر معين، أتكلم فورًا ونتعامل معاه قبل ما تحصل مشكلة فعلية

لو ظهرت أي مشكلة ممكن تأثر على جودة المنتج أو سلامة المريض — ببلّغ فورًا

قبل ما أي منتج يتحرك للخطوة اللي بعدها، لازم أتأكد إن كل المواصفات اتأكدت و اتحققت
