1 . ( preparare ) il caffè e ( mettere + il caffè ) in frigo .

2 . ( rompere ) le uova e ( separare ) gli albumi dai tuorli .

3 . ( montare ) i tuorli con la frusta ( quella elettrica è più comoda ) insieme allo zucchero . Quando il composto diventa più chiaro , ( aggiungere ) il mascarpone un poco alla volta e sempre ( continuare ) a mescolare con la frusta per creare una bella crema .

4 . ( prendere ) il caffè pronto dal frigo . ( stendere ) una cucchiaiata di crema sul fondo di una pirofila . Poi ( inzuppare ) per pochi istanti i savoiardi nel caffè .

5 . ( distribuire ) sulla crema un primo strato di savoiardi tutti in un verso .

6 . ( stendere ) con una spatola sopra ai savoiardi uno strato di crema e ( formare ) un secondo strato di savoiardi ( in un altro verso rispetto al primo ) .

7 . Poi ( stendere ) l'ultimo strato di crema e ( distribuire ) sopra il cacao in polvere usando un colino .

8 . ( lasciare ) il tiramisù in frigorifero almeno per due ore .
