PNPN cátodo corriente tiristor tres diodo semiconductor sentido

Es un tipo de formado por cuatro capas de material con estructura o bien NPNP . Un SCR posee conexiones : ánodo , y puerta . La puerta es la encargada de controlar el paso de corriente entre el ánodo y el cátodo . Funciona básicamente como un rectificador controlado , permitiendo circular la en un solo .
