En las citas en el texto, cuando un trabajo tiene tres o más autores, se usa "Apellido et al." desde la primera cita.

Se debe incluir la ciudad de publicación en las referencias de libros.

Se permite usar fuentes en línea con sans serif o Times New Roman; por ejemplo Calibri 11 pt, Arial 11 pt o Times New Roman 12 pt son opciones de fuente permitidas.

Si no hay fecha de publicación, se usa (n.d.) en la referencia.

En la lista de referencias se incluye el DOI cuando está disponible.

En las referencias, el primer nombre va antes del apellido.

Las referencias deben usar sangría francesa (hanging indent).

En las citas de redes sociales, es obligatorio incluir el nombre real del autor si está disponible.

El título del artículo debe ir en mayúsculas y minúsculas completas en la referencia (no en sentence case).

Para dos autores, las citas en el texto usan "y" entre apellidos (en la versión original), en APA 7 se usa "&".
