Explicación

En el ABP, el alumno deja de ser un espectador para convertirse en el actor principal que indaga, colabora y crea para resolver un reto.

En el ABP, el docente deja de ser el protagonista de la clase. Su función es orientar, acompañar, dar retroalimentación y ayudar al estudiante a investigar. El aprendizaje se construye de manera autónoma y colaborativa, no por transmisión directa.

El ABP requiere evaluar el proceso, no solo el resultado. Se consideran la investigación, la colaboración, las revisiones y la reflexión. Por eso, evaluar únicamente el producto final rompe con el principio del ABP, que valora el aprendizaje a lo largo del proyecto.

Una parte esencial del ABP es que el trabajo trasciende el aula; los alumnos crean algo (un video, una campaña, un modelo) y lo presentan a una audiencia.
