La nota F (fa) está en el primer space del pentagrama en la clave de sol.

La clave de fa se usa para el pentagrama agudo.

La nota middle C (Do central) se escribe en una línea de ledger justo por debajo del pentagrama.

La nota B siempre se ubica en la primera línea en clave de sol.

El pentagrama tiene seis líneas.

Las líneas de la clave de sol (de abajo hacia arriba) son E, G, B, D y F.

Los espacios entre esas líneas forman la palabra FACE (F A C E).

La nota D (re) está en la cuarta línea de la clave de sol.

En la clave de sol, la nota C está en la segunda línea.

Las notas siempre se escriben sólo en líneas; los espacios no existen.
