La higiene personal es fundamental para la salud y el bienestar diario . con antes de comer , después de ir al baño y al volver de la calle reduce la transmisión de gérmenes . El baño diario incluye ducharse o bañarse , al menos dos veces al día y usar para eliminar restos . Mantener uñas cortas , y desechar los pañuelos correctamente también evita contagios . Una rutina constante protege a toda la familia .
