are two separate spring poems , each with 4 stanzas , simple 6th - grade , and every line clearly pointing to something ( flowers , trees , wind , rain , animals , sun , colors , etc . ) .
Each stanza represents a theme .

? Poem 1 ? " Spring Morning " Stanza 1 ? Flowers The roses open softly in the warm spring sun . The tulips stand tall and bright in the garden . The daisies smile gently with their white petals . The lilies shine like small stars in the grass . Stanza 2 ? Trees The tall trees move slowly in the light wind . The green leaves dance happily on the branches . The soft shade under the trees cools my face . The new buds grow quietly and bring fresh hope . Stanza 3 ? Weather The morning sun rises and paints the sky gold . The cool breeze touches my hair like a feather . The small raindrops fall gently on the road . The rainbow appears and colors the whole sky . Stanza 4 ? Animals The birds sing sweet songs from the old oak tree . The butterflies fly slowly with bright wings . The bees buzz softly between the flowers . The rabbits jump playfully across the field . ? Poem 2 ? " Spring Comes Again " Stanza 1 ? Nature Waking Up The soft earth wakes up under the warm sunlight . The tiny seeds open their eyes and begin to grow .
