Last summer , Tom went on holiday to another country . He didn ? t know much about the local , so at first he was worried about how much money he would spend . He tried to spend money carefully and not it . He also wanted to time enjoying the trip , not thinking about problems .

One day , Tom saw a man near a . The man offered Tom a very good to change money . It sounded too good , but Tom didn ? t think much about it . Later , he realised it was a . The money was , and Tom immediately trusting the man .

Another time , Tom got an email asking him to a refund for a prize he never won . The message looked official , but something felt . The email asked for a large of personal information . Luckily , Tom didn ? t it . He the email address and deleted the message .

Sadly , not everyone is so careful . Some people are or lose money because scammers promise big . These scams often look real , but they are not .

Tom learned an important lesson : always be careful with your money , never trust offers that seem too good , and think twice before you click or reply .
