Se exige autorización de operación para vuelos BVLOS en zonas específicas.

Las operaciones BVLOS están permitidas sin evaluación de riesgos ni aprobación.

El RAC 100 UAEAC regula las operaciones de aeronaves no tripuladas.

Si el dron pesa menos de 250 g, no hace falta registrarlo ni tener un plan de vuelo.

Se debe identificar la aeronave y el operador durante la operación.

Se debe mantener registro de operaciones y reportar incidentes conforme RAC 100.

Las aeronaves no tripuladas deben estar registradas ante UAEAC cuando superan cierto peso.

No existe obligación de plan de vuelo para vuelos de corta distancia en área no controlada.

El RAC 100 permite su uso comercial sin necesidad de certificación del operador.

10

Los UAV pueden volar sin restricciones de altitud en áreas deshabitadas.
