Para sumar fracciones con denominador común, se suman los numeradores y se mantiene el denominador.

Al sumar fracciones con igual denominador debes restar los numeradores.

Si las fracciones tienen el mismo denominador, la suma se obtiene sumando los numeradores.

Se pueden sumar fracciones con diferente denominador sin convertirlas.

El denominador no debe cambiar al sumar fracciones de igual denominador.

El resultado siempre es mayor que cada fracción original.

Ejemplo: 3/8 + 5/8 = 8/8.

Si el denominador es igual, se multiplica cada numerador por el otro denominador.
