Riya lives in a small town surrounded by trees and a river . She loves nature understands that protecting the environment is everyone ? s responsibility . She plants saplings every year trees give us oxygen help in reducing pollution . The river near her village was once clean , people started throwing waste into it , the water became polluted . Riya wanted to save the river ; , she joined an awareness campaign with her friends . They cleaned the riverbank requested people not to use plastic , some people still ignored their advice . Plastic is useful it harms the environment , Riya continued spreading awareness . She believes that we must reduce waste reuse materials , at home in school . Riya knows that we can protect nature everyone works together .
