In a small study , students worked on a project together . One group used a approach , where only one person made decisions . Another group worked as a team . The researchers ? showed different results . Students gave feedback after each task . They their ideas and help each other . At the end , teachers the performance of each group . The was clear : teamwork worked better . The final resolution was to encourage students to share ideas and listen to others more often .
