El PP no compta com a antiguitat. La relació laboral efectivament comença després del PP.

Tens dret a una indemnització si finalitza el contracte per iniciativa de l'empresa durant el període de prova.

El PP màxim per les persones treballadores tècniques titulades és de dos mesos.

Durant el PP tant la persona treballadora com l'empresa podeu resoldre el contracte sense necessitat de justificar-ho ni de preavís.

Si estàs de baixa per incapacitat temporal durant el PP, el còmput del termini queda paralitzat automàticament.

Durant el PP tens els drets i deures propis del lloc de treball que ocupes, com la resta de la plantilla.

El PP en contractes formatius per a la pràctica professional no pot superar un mes a menys que el conveni col·lectiu disposi un període superior.

Durant el PP només l'empresa pot resoldre el contracte, no la persona treballadora.

Una mateixa empresa et pot aplicar un PP cada vegada que et fa un contracte laboral, tot i que tinguis la mateixa categoria professional.
