I once experienced a workplace with a colleague over how a project deadline was being managed . It seemed to me that expectations ? t been clearly communicated , and I had the impression that responsibilities were .

At first , I found myself feeling slightly frustrated , although I realise I have misunderstood the situation . From my , at least , some decisions were being made without consultation , which came across as a lack of trust rather than intentional exclusion .

Instead of the issue directly , I decided it might be best to it informally . I tried to approach the conversation constructively and framed my concerns as questions than criticisms . This appeared to reduce tension and opened up a more honest .

As a result , we able to clarify roles and agree on a clearer workflow . While the wasn ? t a perfect solution , the situation improved to some , and communication became noticeably smoother . In , addressing the issue early on was probably the right .
