تنتهي عدة الطلاق للمرأة الحامل بوضع الحمل

الطلاق البائن بينونة كبرى يُفارق فيه الزوج زوجته حالا وتكون الزوجة محرمة عليه حتى تتزوج من رجل غيره.

إذا قال الزوج لزوجته 'أنتِ طالق طلاقاً واحداً' فهذا طلاق واحد يحسب في العدة.

التراجع عن الطلاق ممكن فقط بعد انتهاء العدة .

إذا وقع الطلاق خلال فترة الطهر، فهو طلاق بدعي
