In today ? s fast - paced world , stress has become a common problem among students , especially those who are preparing for major examinations . Many students feels overwhelmed because they is ( 1 ) expected to perform well academically while managing extracurricular activities at the same time . This situation often lead ( 2 ) to emotional exhaustion if students do not know how to cope effectively .

One major cause of stress is poor time management . When students was ( 3 ) unable to plan their schedule properly , they tend to rush their work and submit assignments late . This habit not only affects their academic results but also cause students to feel frustrated with themselves . As a result , their motivation decrease ( 4 ) over time .
