Las normas de cortesía facilitan la convivencia diaria . Decir al pedir algo muestra respeto y ayuda a crear un clima positivo . Expresar cuando alguien ayuda reconoce su esfuerzo . Si cometemos un error , decir o pedir perdón evita malentendidos y mantiene la armonía . Al al entrar a una sala o al iniciar una conversación , un saludo amable marca el inicio de una interacción cordial . Escuchar con atención , mantener el tono de voz adecuado y agradecer la ayuda refuerzan la convivencia respetuosa .
