In the city , people say you start early to enjoy quiet streets and markets . The new square doesn't be crowded to feel alive ; music wafts from cafés and children laugh at the neighbourhood . Residents hurry every moment , and tourists rush between skyscrapers . City workers keep the buses running , and they ignore safety rules . At night , the stadium lights glows , and locals realize everyone can find a spot to reflect . The city teaches balance : need to pause , and love the pace .

In the city , rules be followed in order to live together peacefully : pedestrians walk on the correct side of the road and drivers stop at traffic lights . In areas such as the stadium and underground station , noise be kept to a minimum and rubbish be left near recycling containers . Services , such as banks , be available to everyone . The bicycle lane is for bicycles only so cars drive there .

Living in a growing city is exciting , but it requires careful planning . To enjoy the old part of town , you walk through its narrow streets .
