يشترط لوجوب الزكاة بلوغ النصاب ومرور الحول على المال.

يمكن للمزكي أن يعطي الزكاة للأقارِب الغني فقط دون اعتبار الفقر أو الحاجة.

يجب دفع الزكاة مرة واحدة فقط في العمر بغض النظر عن المال.

تجب الزكاة في المال النقدي والتجاري والذهب والفضة إذا بلغ النصاب وحال عليه الحول.

يجوز إخراج الزكاة قبل مرور الحول إذا كان المال كثيراً.

6

من المصارف المستحقة للزكاة: الفقراء والمساكين والغارمين والعاملون عليها والمؤلفة قلوبهم وفي سبيل الله وابن السبيل.
