Debe realizarse el conteo de efectivo al momento de anclar y desanclar.

Esta permitido ingresar plantas telefónicas y celulares al área de búnker.

En el correo de solicitud de apertura de bóveda es necesario especificar el motivo de la apertura como desanclaje, arqueo, recolección.

Para la apertura remota de la bóveda se debe enviar correo con 30 minutos de anticipación.

El cajero principal tiene la autorización para validar el ingreso a personal externo al área de bunker.

La caja principal es usada para resguardar los excedentes de efectivo de la caja anclada.

Esta permitido alterar los datos al realizar el arqueo

Es permitido dejar a la vista valores como efectivo, tarjetas o formularios.

A la bóveda solo tiene acceso el Líder Financiero

Por seguridad, la huella y las claves del bunker no deben compartirse.

La caja principal se utiliza para las operaciones diarias y el manejo de efectivo regular.
