Las no son un premio ni un favor del empleador . Son un establecido en la ley y deben respetarse . En Guatemala , el trabajador tiene derecho a días hábiles de vacaciones después de trabajar un año completo .

El objetivo de las vacaciones es que el trabajador pueda , compartir con su , recuperar y cuidar su física y mental . Cuando una persona trabaja sin descanso durante mucho tiempo , puede sufrir , cansancio excesivo y bajo rendimiento . Por eso la ley este derecho .
