« Les femmes , grandes oubliées du monde du travail , en Turquie »
Seul un des femmes ont un emploi légal dans ce pays . La Turquie se classe au rang des pays de l ? Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques ( OCDE ) à cet égard , avec de femmes dotées d ? un travail rémunéré , contre en moyenne . Les socioculturels , le poids du patriarcat dans la société sont autant de freins à l ? entrée du « deuxième sexe » sur le marché du travail . Ce qui explique que les femmes turques qui travaillent ont essentiellement des emplois , aux conditions de travail . Il y a seulement de femmes PDG , moins de d ? entre elles occupent des postes de direction dans le secteur public .
Néanmoins , tous les salariés , sans exception , ont dû prendre part à des de sensibilisation à la contre les stéréotypes de genre . Autre avancée , à Eker Süt , les offres d ? embauche sont désormais rédigées sur le mode genré » afin de donner aux femmes les mêmes que les hommes . Il y a eu des majeures mais des sont toujours présents .
