The Prescription of the Exercise is an individual practice and not a dogmatism in itself, It is intervened in the profile of the individual who has taken the decision to start the practice of physical activity.

Evaluate the physical fitness and health status of the person to know how to interpret the findings of their physical condition and also their state of health, then prescribe an exercise program based on the information obtained, taking into account the characteristics of the individual if Is (sedentary / active). Taking into account mode, frequency, duration, intensity, progression and precautions
The components of an exercise session should include the following phases: warm-up,
Stretching, specific work and cooling (World Health Organization, 2010)
Recommended age: 15 years old
