Deve - se apenas usar antibióticos mediante , respeitar as em relação à sua toma ( horários , quantidades e duração ) e não deitar fora antibióticos na rede de ( medicamentos sobrantes e fora do prazo devem ser entregues nas ) .

A promoção da saúde é feita através de campanhas de sensibilização , , , ordenamento do território e qualidade do ambiente ( saneamento básico , recolha e tratamento de resíduos sólidos urbanos , segurança , distribuição de água , criação de espaços verdes e de lazer ) e de hábitos saudáveis ( higiene , postura , bons hábitos , exercício físico , repouso ) .
