Be by organizing information logically , which helps you handle calls efficiently and move to the next customer without delays . Be by confirming understanding throughout the conversation ? ask questions like " Does that make sense ? " or " Do you have any questions ? " ? to ensure you don't need to repeat information and waste time later . Be by summarizing points at the end of the email or call , so the customer remembers the solution and doesn't call back with the same problem . Finally , Be by honoring everyone's . Use short sentences , avoid unnecessary details , and get to the point quickly .
