This is a short sentence at the top of your email . It tells the reader what your email is about . For , if you are writing to ask about homework , your subject can be : ? Question about Homework ? . Keep it and clear . Next , we have the Greeting . This is how you start your email . A greeting is ? Dear ? ? plus the person ? s name . For example : ? Dear Ms . Brown , ? or ? Dear Ahmed , ? . After the , we put a comma and start a new line . Then comes the Opening Sentence . This the reader understand why you are writing . A simple opening sentence can be : ? I hope you are well . ? or ? I am writing to ask about ? ? . After that , we have the Body of the Email . This is the main . Here , you explain your message . Try to write in short sentences . You can use two or three short paragraphs . In the body , give the your reader needs . For example , if you are asking for help , tell the person what the is .
