Jobs in the UAE are very competitive for many reasons . Every year , many people from different countries move to the to find better work and a better life . Cities like and Abu Dhabi are famous for good and modern lifestyles . Because of this , thousands of people apply for the same jobs . First , the number of job seekers is very . People come from Asia , Europe , Africa , and other parts of the world . They all have different skills , , and work experience . When one company advertises a job , it may receive or even thousands of applications . This makes it difficult for employers to choose the best person . Second , many jobs require qualifications and experience . Employers often prefer workers who already have experience in the same field . For example , a may want an engineer who has worked in construction projects in the Gulf region . If someone does not have this , it can be harder to get the job . Another is that companies want people who have good communication and can work in an international environment . Workers must often speak well and sometimes other languages too . They also need to understand different cultures because the workplace people from many countries . Finally , technology and professional skills are very today . Employers look for people who know how to use modern software and equipment . People who continue new skills usually have better chances . For these , jobs in the UAE are very competitive , and job must work hard to stand out .
