Many companies need workers who can design , manage , and repair AI systems . For example , there are new jobs for AI , data analysts , and technology specialists . These workers help companies use AI in safe and effective ways . Another important change is the need for new . Workers now need to learn digital skills and skills . People who understand computers , data , and problem - solving may have better job in the future . Because of this , many schools and training programs are teaching students about technology and AI .
