يجوز إخراج الزكاة إلى مستحقيها من فقراء ومساكين وغيرهم من مصارف الزكاة.

يجوز دفع الزكاة مرة كل خمس سنوات بدلًا من الحول السنوي.

يجوز دفع الزكاة في شكل أغنام بدلًا من النقد وفق ما تقره أحكام الزكاة.

لا يجوز إخراج زكاة الأنعام في شكل أطعمة بدلاً من الأغنام أو الأبقار.

أهل الزكاة يجب عليهم معرفة وقت الحول لضمان وجوب الزكاة.

لا يجوز أن تكون الزكاة على الإبل منفصلة عن الزكاة على البقر والغنم.

زكاة الأنعام تجب على من بلغت أمتعتهم النصاب ومر عليها الحول.

الزكاة على الأنعام تكون واجبة فقط إذا كان المال ينمو بسرعة وليس عادة.

يجوز بيع نصاب زكاة الأنعام واعتبار سعره نقدًا بدون معيار الحول.

إخراج الزكاة يكون من كل نوع من الأنعام بقدر نصابه الخاص.
