La es una técnica de recolección de datos utilizada en la científica que consiste en examinar de manera , planificada y detallada un fenómeno , comportamiento o situación para obtener información y .
La observación ocurre cuando el investigador presencia el fenómeno o comportamiento en el mismo momento en que sucede .
La observación ocurre cuando el investigador no observa el fenómeno directamente , sino que obtiene la información a través de registros o evidencias previamente existentes .
En la observación el investigador forma parte del grupo que se está estudiando .
En la observación el investigador no participa en la actividad , sino que observa desde una posición externa .
La observación se caracteriza porque todo esta previamente planificado .
En la observación no existe un instrumento rígido de registro . El investigador observa de manera más abierta y registra lo que considera relevante .
