Las Notas son documentos elaborados por la Organización Mundial de Aduanas que sirven para correctamente las mercancías dentro del Sistema Armonizado de Designación y Codificación de Mercancías .

Estas notas no son , pero tienen un alto valor técnico porque ayudan a las partidas arancelarias .

Su principal función es el contenido de las partidas y subpartidas , además de proporcionar de productos .

Para utilizar correctamente las Notas Explicativas , primero se debe identificar el producto , luego revisar las notas legales y finalmente consultar estas notas .

Las permiten diferenciar similares y evitar errores en la clasificación .
