تسجل البيانات والملفات الخاصة بالطالب بشكل كامل من ولي الأمر فقط دون إشراك المدرسة أو اللجنة المختصة.

قرار اللجنة يتم بالأغلبية المطلقة دون حضور أعضاء أو دون أغلبية حضور اللجنة.

المادة 21-25 تحدد تفاصيل اللباس المدرسي والزي الرياضي والتعليمات المرتبطة بالنظافة واللباس والزي المدرسي.

الزي المدرسي ليس له مواصفات محددة في الائحة ولا يوجد نص يحدد الزي المطلوب للطلاب والطالبات.

المادة 4 تـشكل بكل مديرية لجنة تُسمّى «شؤون الطالب» برئاسة أحد مساعدين المدير ونائب الرئيـس وعضوية عدد من الأعضاء كما ورد في لائحة.

المادة 34 تُعرّف الطالب منقطعاً عن الدراسة إذا تغيب لمدة 10 أيام دراسية متصلة بدون عذر مقبول.

الغياب لمدة فصل دراسي كامل يؤدي تلقائياً إلى إنهاء قيد الطالب نهائياً دون أية إجراءات أخرى أو مراجعة.

المادة 11 تنص على أن قبول تسجيل الطالب في الصف الأول يتم عبر تقديم ولي الأمر لطلب إلكتروني عبر بوابة المدرسة التعليمية.

الفصل الرابع من الائحة يختص بالنظام المدرسي والزي والانضباط والسلوك ويحتوي على إجراءات وتدابير الانضباط المختلفة.

لا يجوز نقل الطالب من مدارس حكومية إلى مدارس خاصة داخل السلطنة، وهذا محصور فقط بنقل داخلي غير مسموح.
