He is also called Randy " R Dub ! " Williams . He wanted to build a fun country with its own rules , culture , and . He bought a small piece of land in the desert and started this special project . Slowjamastan has its own flag , passport , ideas , and even a border crossing . People can visit it and learn about its strange and funny laws . One famous rule is that people are not to wear Crocs shoes there . This rule is meant to be humorous and make the country more entertaining . Even though Slowjamastan is small , it has become popular on the internet and in the news . Many people are curious about it it is creative and different . Visitors often take photos , enjoy the desert view , and listen to stories about the nation ? s history and government . The Republic of Slowjamastan is also a good of how imagination can become something real . It shows that people can create new ideas and share them with others in a way . It may not be a powerful country , but it has a strong personality . In , The Republic of Slowjamastan is a tiny and unusual micronation with a big .
