Explicación

Recordamos que el rango se obtiene localizando los datos de mayor magnitud y menor magnitud para restarlos entre sí

Para calcular la desviación media primero se debe calcular la media como la suma de los datos entre el total de datos. En seguida a cada dato se le resta este valor de media y cada diferencia sin signo, se suma con las demás. Finalmente este resultado lo dividimos entre el total de datos iniciales.

D.M. = Se calcula el promedio como xm=(5+7+9)/3 = 7. DM=( |5-7|+|7-7|+|9-7| )/3 =4/3

El rango es el dato mayor 9 menos el dato menor 5: 4. Se calcula el promedio como xm=(5+7+9)/3 = 7. DM=( |5-7|+|7-7|+|9-7| )/3 =4/3
