En la actualidad , muchas que se desarrollan no logran resolver de manera efectiva los problemas de las personas , ya que no se comprenden adecuadamente sus . Esto genera o proyectos poco útiles o de utilizar .

En el contexto educativo , los suelen ideas sin seguir un proceso , lo que limita la calidad de sus propuestas . Muchas veces se solo en la sin el problema ni al usuario .

Frente a esta situación , se hace necesario que los conozcan y el proceso de la Design Thinking , que permite soluciones de manera ordenada , creativa y centrada en el usuario
