1 . Di atmosfer , karbon terdapat dalam bentuk .
2 . Melalui proses oleh tumbuhan , maka / CO2 akan diubah menjadi yang mengandung energi biokimia .
3 . Tumbuhan ( produsen ) oleh hewan dan manusia ( konsumen ) sehingga karbon terakumulasi dalam tubuh . Melalui proses , produsen dan konsumen akan melepaskan CO2 ke udara .
4 . Produsen / konsumen yang mati akan mengalami dan diuraikan oleh sehingga CO2 dibebaskan ke udara dan air .
5 . Sisa makhluk hidup yang tidak terurai dapat menjadi ( CaCO3 ) , ( tumbuhan ) , dan ( bahan bakar fosil ) .
6 . Bahan bakar fosil digunakan untuk BBM / aktivitas industri , pembakarannya akan melepas CO2 ke udara .
