Δείχνεις ότι είσαι παρών και ότι σέβεσαι αυτόν που μιλάει, όταν τον/ την κοιτάς.

Για να δείξεις ότι ακούς, χρησιμοποίησε μικρές λέξεις όπως «κατάλαβα», «μάλιστα», «ναι».

Αν διαφωνείς πρέπει να διακόπτεις τον διάλογο
