Coral reefs are some of the most important ecosystems on Earth . They provide food and shelter for many marine species . However , today many reefs are in danger due to pollution , overfishing , and climate change . In some places , corals are turning white and marine life is disappearing .

To protect these ecosystems , we take action . People ? t throw plastic or waste into the ocean because it damages the reef . We reduce pollution and protect marine habitats . Tourists and divers ? t touch or break the corals , as they are very fragile .

If people continue to the ocean , coral reefs , and many species their homes . If we don ? t now , the damage will irreversible . However , if we the reefs and follow environmental rules , they recover over time .

Governments and communities work together to create solutions . We all be responsible and make better choices every day . If we responsibly , we save marine life and protect our planet for the future .
