للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين عند وجود أبناء من الذكور والإناث.

ترث الأم سدس التركة إذا كان لدى المتوفى أولاد.

إذا كان لدى المتوفى زوجة واحدة ولديه أبناء، فترث الزوجة السدس؟

في وجود الأبن الأكبر فقط، لا يحصل أي وارث من الإناث على نصيب.

وجود فرع وارث من الأبناء يؤثر في توزيع التركة بحيث يحصل الذكور على حصة مضاعفة مقارنةً بالإناث عندما يوجد أبناء.

توزّع التركة بالتساوي بين جميع الورثة مهما كانت درجاتهم.

إذا كان لدى المتوفى أبناء فقط، ترث الزوجة نصف التركة.

إذا توفّي الشخص وعنده أبناء وبنات فقط، يحصل الأولاد على نصيب أكبر من البنات.

إذا لم يوجد ورثة أقرباء من العصبة، ترث الأم فقط وليس الأجداد.

لا يوجد فرق في نصيب الذكر والأنثى في وجود أبناء من الذكور والإناث.
