El ( 1 ) es el gran director de orquesta de nuestro cuerpo . Su trabajo es captar todo lo que ocurre a nuestro alrededor , es decir , los ( 2 ) del ambiente ( como el calor , un ruido fuerte o un pinchazo ) , y decidir cómo debemos reaccionar .

Para que esta información viaje rápidamente desde nuestros sentidos hasta el cerebro , y luego hacia los músculos , el cuerpo utiliza una inmensa red de " cables " formados por millones de células llamadas ( 3 ) .

Como este sistema es tan importante , es nuestra responsabilidad protegerlo . Una de las mejores formas de cuidarlo es respetando nuestras horas de ( 4 ) , lo que permite que el cerebro descanse y se recupere . También debemos evitar el consumo de sustancias tóxicas como las drogas y el ( 5 ) , ya que dañan nuestras células y vuelven lentos nuestros reflejos .

Finalmente , la prevención física es vital . Si andamos en bicicleta o patineta , siempre debemos usar ( 6 ) . Esta simple acción funciona como un escudo para nuestro cráneo , evitando golpes graves y ( 7 ) que podrían dañar nuestro centro de mando para siempre .
