About this activity

Esta actividad consiste en un escenario de simulación basado en un Videoquiz diseñado para evaluar la capacidad de diagnóstico y respuesta estratégica ante situaciones de crisis empresarial. El estudiante deberá analizar las variables del entorno presentadas en el caso de estudio y seleccionar la decisión administrativa más adecuada fundamentada en las teorías de Porter, Ansoff y el análisis PESTEL.
